DOES YOUGALU GUARANTEE ITS PRODUCT?

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of YOUGALU TEAM before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your Product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 24HRS from receiving your order 

Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges or Refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
