1)How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

2)I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

   We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24hrs hours.

3)How long will shipping take?

    We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility ASAP.

    Production time  4-7 days(usally 4 days)

    Shipping times are 15-21 days.(usually 15 days)

4)Do you offer returns and refunds?

    Yes,we do.Please check our returns and refund policy to know more.

5)What do i do if i received a faulty item?

   Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault.The product should be unused and resellable including the original packaging with all the tags intact

 

6)How soon will I get my Refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

7) Do you offer discounts and promotion?
    Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

8) My tracking # hasn’t updated in a couple days

Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

9) How do I change or cancel my order?

     If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away. We, unfortunately, cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises.

10)I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
   If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please notify us via email at yougalu.com@yougalu.com. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
